Top tips
To make sure you get the perfect cuppa from your machine every time, there are a few important things to remember.
Always be sure to use the correct product for your machine, use fresh milk where possible and keep your machine and the area around it clean and tidy.
- Always use good quality tea
- Do not overfill tea canisters
- For a really good cup of tea fresh milk is preferred or use a semi skimmed milk granular product suitable for use in beverage vending systems. Using semi skimmed milk improves the drink quality, giving a taste as good as a home brewed tea.
- To ensure a good cup of tea is dispensed/served, always ensure water temperature is set correctly
- If the water temperature is not at the correct temperature it will of course affect the infusion of leaf tea, thus, resulting in an inferior cup of tea
Contact your vending services engineer to ensure machine is set at the correct temperature.
